We are an inclusive, high-energy boxing and fitness studio based on Floyd's own techniques and training! Our instructor-led group workouts are for people of all fitness levels and incorporate boxing drills, strength and agility training, and cardio conditioning to get you in the best shape of your life! We are excited to be opening Virginia's very first Mayweather Boxing + Fitness here in Old Town Alexandria! Floyd's undefeated career was all about HARD WORK and DEDICATION, and we want to share his techniques and training with everyone of all fitness levels! Get ready to release your own inner CHAMPION!

The MMNT Society is a boutique fitness studio offering classes that fuse elements of Dance and Pilates with full-body functional fitness.  Classes are equal parts cardio and resistance training, set to the beat of the music for a non-stop class that flows for 45 minutes of sweaty goodness.  Classes include Bosu, Bounce, our signature HIIT and resistance training class Sweat, Sculpt a standing and mat class, and more.
